Is the game down, or just the tracker?
A stats tracker and the game servers are separate. If you can't log in to Rainbow Six Siege or matchmaking fails, check Ubisoft's official Rainbow Six Siege server status and the official Rainbow Six Siege account on X. If the game works but your stats don't show up, the problem is with the tracker or its data source.
What to do when a Siege tracker is not working
- Check the name and platform. Console players search by gamertag or PSN ID, not by Ubisoft name.
- Give it a few minutes after a match: new results are not instant on any tracker.
- If the status above says Down or Partly down, profiles searched in the last day still load; try a new name later.
- Read the fixes for a tracker that is not updating and for "player not found" errors.
How this status is measured
SiegeRadar logs whether each request to its stats data source succeeds and how long it takes. The verdict uses the last 30 minutes: Working when almost all requests succeed quickly, Slow when answers take more than 4 seconds on average, Partly down when 30% or more fail, and Down when every request fails. "Player not found" answers count as working, because the data source answered.

Why does a Siege tracker say "player not found" or show old stats?
Usually the name or platform is wrong, the player has no matches this season, or the stats source has not updated yet. If many players fail at once, the stats API is likely down.
Are Rainbow Six Siege servers down?
Tracker status and game server status are different things. Check Ubisoft's official Rainbow Six Siege server status page to see whether the game itself is having problems.
How long does it take for a tracker to come back?
Short outages of the stats API usually last minutes. Rate limits clear on their own. Profiles searched in the last day keep loading from our cache in the meantime.
