R6 Tracker Says "Player Not Found"? How to Fix It
Seeing "Player not found" usually means the search did not match the name exactly. Work through these checks.
Check the spelling
Names must match exactly, including numbers, dots, dashes and underscores. Copy the name from the game or from a friend's profile if you can.
Pick the right platform
- PC: search the Ubisoft Connect name.
- Xbox: search the gamertag.
- PlayStation: search the PSN ID.
A PC name will not be found under Xbox, and the other way round.
Use the current name
If the player changed their name recently, the old one may no longer work. Search the new name.
Make sure the account has played
An account that has never finished a match of Rainbow Six Siege has no stats, so it cannot be shown.
Try again later
If the stats service is busy, a search can fail even when the name is right. SiegeRadar shows a "temporarily unavailable" message in that case. Wait a few minutes and search again.
FAQ
Why can an R6 tracker not find my account?
The name or platform does not match. Check the exact spelling and choose PC, Xbox or PlayStation to match where the account plays.
Should I search my Ubisoft name on console?
No. On Xbox search the gamertag, and on PlayStation search the PSN ID.
Can a brand-new account be found?
Only after it finishes at least one match. Before that there are no stats to show.
