R6 Ranks Explained: Every Rank and Its Rank Points
Rainbow Six Siege ranks you by rank points (RP). You win RP for ranked wins and lose RP for losses, and your rank is set by how many points you have.
Every rank and the points it needs
Each tier from Copper to Champion has five divisions, from 5 (lowest) to 1 (highest). Every division is 100 RP wide, starting at 1,000 RP for Copper 5.

How ranks changed
- Before Year 7 Season 4, ranks were based on a hidden skill rating called MMR. That is why older seasons on SiegeRadar show MMR instead of rank points.
- Ranked 2.0 (Y7S4 to Y11S1) switched to visible rank points, with a single Champion rank at 4,500 RP.
- Ranked 3.0 (Y11S2 onward) split Champion into five divisions, like the other tiers.
